Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless otherwise notified.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.  We are not responsible for delays in shipping times.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $100.00. Shipping costs for orders under $100.00 are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
